This program is what I am utilizing during The Dad Bod Revision Project. After becoming a dad, I quickly found myself slipping into bad habits and gained 12 pounds in roughly 5 weeks. I looked up the definition of a dad bod and really didn't like what I read, but realized that was the direction I was going in. This program is designed to optimize your time in the gym, while making sure you save time for your family!
